ARCS  Network  Hotline  User’s  Agreement     ARCS Network Hotline is a business network. By logging onto any of ARC System’s, Inc.’s  Networks, you are agreeing that you understand, and will abide by, the following rules of ethics and conduct, including being muted or excluded from this network if you disregard or break these rules in any way. ARC Systems, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If, and when, any changes  are made, they will appear on this page.     You agree, through your use of these networks, that you will not knowingly post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, profane, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.  You also agree that you will keep your requests and replies "on business" and refrain from personal insults.     By using our networks, you also agree, and understand, that ARC Systems, Inc. does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to buying and/or selling to other members on the ARCS Network Hotline and that we assume no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller; this includes, but is not limited to, debts incurred, as well as any use of other part-location systems.     (Additionally, when requesting a part, please do so audibly, as well as in text.
